Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your artwork in its original protective sleeves and shipping container to ensure the delicate canvas or glass remains safe during transit.
Ship to the Gallery
Affix your shipping label and send the package to our returns department; we recommend using a trackable service and purchasing insurance for the full value of the art.
Inspection and Refund
Once our curators inspect the piece to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
